Chart prompts: We store the text descriptions you submit to generate charts. These are used solely to produce your visualization and improve chart quality.
Usage data: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, feature usage, and referral sources. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
Email addresses: If you subscribe to updates or purchase a plan, we collect your email address. We use it only to send product updates and transactional emails. We never sell or share your email with third parties.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Generated chart images and prompts are retained for up to 30 days for caching and quality improvement, then automatically deleted. Account and subscription data is retained as long as your account is active.
We use essential cookies for session management and analytics cookies via Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.
