1. Service Description

ChartForge ("the Service") is an AI-powered chart and diagram generation tool available at chartforgeai.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond your plan limits
• Resell access to the Service without written permission
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions

3. Intellectual Property

Charts and visualizations you create with ChartForge are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use. You retain full ownership of your generated outputs. ChartForge does not claim any rights to your content.

4. Pricing and Billing

Free tier includes 3 charts per day. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not exceeded 10 chart generations.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies in generated charts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartForge's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
